Our passion is great food and drink, fantastic locations, homely comforts and a warm genuine welcome.

We are not a chain: each of our pubs has a unique venue, vibe and flavour. We pride ourselves on excellence in everything we do. Our pubs have won AA Pub of the Year in two of the past three years.

We strive to be different but true to our pub heritage.

Our aim is to change the pub tradition and to transform how pubs are perceived in Scotland. We want to harness the Scottish produce; the wonderful, exciting and evolving drinks market and the world class landscape, people and places that Scotland has to offer.

The Bridge Inn is situated on the banks of The Union Canal in the conservation village of Ratho, 7 miles to the west of Edinburgh. Being the only the pub in the village, The Bridge Inn is a community pub in the heart of the village.

Whatever your reason for joining us – a drink with friends, some delicious locally sourced food in our restaurant or a bed for the night – we can assure you of a warm welcome from staff who care.
